Mr. Fink leads workout groups with charisma...he encourages people to reach their full potential.
He also has a gift for reaching all levels of fitness and making each person feel like the workout
is unique to his/her fitness level and goals. Not only does he focus on different target areas for
each workout - but he also provides nutrition information and other fitness knowledge to his
workouts. I love the total body workout that I get when I workout with Mr. Fink. He's a great
motivator and I love learning from him! Mr. Fink is the best. I know that I am physically stronger
and more confident as a person because I workout with him. Also, the workout group (my
teammates) are so wonderful too. We encourage each other and have formed a support system
for each other to hold each other accountable. It's GREAT!

Our nickname for the classes with Paul Fink is "Bodies by Paul!". Paul Fink has an instinctive
ability to meet his students at their individual levels helping them expand their strength,
flexibility, balance and endurance. He emphasizes functionality and capacity. The toning and
shaping are a side benefit of the workout. His martial arts background adds a mental dimension to
the workout. I have been in his classes for many years and look forward to continuing training
with him.

I have been working out and taking martial arts under Mr. Fink for several years and I would like
to tell everyone that he is one of the best teachers I have ever had, including college and law
school! He is extremely intuitive, which enables him to use teaching methods that inspire each
individual student. The workouts are incredible, hard but fun. Anyone who starts working out with
Mr. Fink will be hooked.
