GROUP CLASSES
Group classes, although less personalized
than personal training is a great way to train
with friends or family! Classes will
encompass full body workouts, cardio,
strength training, balance, flexibilty,
meditation, yoga, running, and much more.

WHY WORKOUT WITH PAUL?
Motivation, I aim to keep your workout session motivating and exciting but with a focus that  will
be the key to your success! With a mix of bootcamp, endurance, resistance, martial arts, yoga, tai
chi, and meditation you will find your experience to be challenging, fun, rewarding, and
educational!  Also, no club fees!        
Results, with a mixture of different exercises and training techniques results will be achieved!
Muscle confusion will reduce plateaus and variety will make your session fun and exciting!

About Paul;
Paul Fink Has over 17 years of weight training, running, and endurance experience and has  
over 10 years of instruction and personal training experience. Paul currently holds a 3rd degree
Black Belt in the art of Shaolin Kempo Karate. He also holds degrees in Tai Chi, American Kenpo
Karate, and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Competing in numerous 5k, 10k, Half Marathons, Full
Marathons, Duathlons, Triathlons, and Hill runs, he is no stranger to competitive endurance
training and what it takes to succeed in these accomplishments.  Paul is also fitness Director and
Head instructor for Villari’s Self Defense Centers in Austin Texas, and also teaches various
bootcamps, tai chi, yoga, kickbox and other classes in Austin. Paul is experienced in training all
experience levels and ages, and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal
Trainer, available for private or group training.
